IBM’s MSP Hub
Much of my work for IBM focused on the MSP Hub – a content platform for managed service provider partners across Europe.
The audience ranged from senior leaders and finance teams to developers, across a variety of sectors.
Campaigns ran over four quarters and were supported by a wide range of assets, including landing pages, emails, video scripts, social copy, blogs, eBooks and infographics.
My role was to bring clarity and structure to complex technical content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with IBM’s tone of voice.
